1. About MailAttachmentBot Manager

After installing the plugin, you need to configure the email types and attachment file types in MailAttachmentBot Manager. The system processes emails based on the subject keywords and file formats you define.

You can also use MailAttachmentBot Manager to manage processed emails and files, such as reprocessing emails or exporting file data.

2. Opening MailAttachmentBot Manager

You can open MailAttachmentBot Manager by clicking the MailAttachmentBotManager task in Task Manager.

Alternatively, double-click the MailAttachmentBot icon on the main page to open it.

3. MailAttachmentBot Manager Menu Overview

File Type Config	Manage file type configurations.
Email Type Config	Manage email type configurations and define relationships between email types and file types.
Email Manager	View and manage processed emails. You can review and reprocess emails that have already been processed by the system.
File Manager	View and manage processed files. You can see the list of files processed by the system and export their data.
