Designing Body Template

You can design the email body template in the task editor. The system will generate the email body based on the template you designed. In an Interactive Query task, the body template will be displayed on the interface as a query result. The body templates for "HTML Email" and "Interactive Query" tasks can incorporate text, tables, charts, and images, while the body template for "Text Email" tasks is restricted to text content only.

Using Simple Tables

In SQLMessenger, you can easily convert the query result of an SQL statement into a table that can be sent as an attachment file in an email, or convert the query result into an HTML table to display in the body of an email. This kind of table is referred to as a Simple Table.

In SQLMessenger, if the Simple Table cannot meet your requirements, you can design an Excel table according to your needs, and then SQLMessenger can fill in the SQL query results into the specified locations in the table. You can use formulas, charts, and other content in the table.

In SQLMessenger, you can convert HTML documents (such as email bodies) or Excel spreadsheets generated by tasks into PDF files to send as email attachments. You can also add watermark and password for the PDF files.

Using Data Extraction Code

To facilitate contacts in the address book to actively initiate data extraction requests when they need, SQLMessenger provides a Data Extraction Code function. Contacts can send an email with "Data Extraction Code" to the configured email account in SQLMessenger. After the system receives this email, it will execute the corresponding task and reply to the requesting contact with the execution result (such as a report email).
