Telebot classifies emails by matching keywords in the email subject.
The keyword format adheres to the wildcard syntax of PostgreSQL’s LIKE operator and is case-insensitive.
In keyword patterns, "%" and "_" are special wildcards:
"%" matches any string.
"_" matches single character.
