When Telebot receives a message from Telegram for the bot you have configured in Telebot, it adds the sending chat to Telebot's Chat List.

You can view the chat's Chat ID in the Chat List. When you send messages using the Telegram Bot, you will need these Chat IDs.

You can also export the Chat List from this list or delete selected chats. Deleting a chat only removes the corresponding record from the local database and does not affect the use of the corresponding chat on the Telegram platform.
