In some cases, for example when a colleague sends you a data file through Slack or another channel, MailAttachmentBot will not be able to process the file automatically.

You can use the “Manually Import Data File” feature provided by MailAttachmentBot to manually import these files into the data table.

2. How to Manually Import Data Files

You can manually import a data file by following the steps below.

Step 1: Click the “Manually Import Data File” icon to open the Manually Import Data File window.

Step 2: Click the button next to “FileName” and select the data file you want to import.

Step 3: Click “FileType” and choose the type of the file.

Step 4: Click “Run.” The system will import the selected file into the data table and display the result.
