Once configured, SQLTelebot will forward the basic email information, email body, and attachments to the Customer Support Group whenever a new email arrives.

Step 4: Send a test email to check the forwarding effect.

3. Forward Emails to Different Groups Based on Sender Address

Due to changes in job responsibilities, Emma now needs to forward emails from certain VIP customers to the VIP Customer Support Group, while emails from other customers are forwarded to the Customer Support Group.

Emma only needs to add a new forwarding rule in SQLTelebot.

Then adjust the rule priority to ensure that this new rule is evaluated before the old rule.

From then on, SQLTelebot will forward emails from addresses such as olivia@test.com and user102@test.com to the VIP Customer Support Group.

4. Convert Email Body to Image or PDF and Forward to Telegram

Some emails contain images and tables in the body. Forwarding them as text messages may cause formatting issues. SQLMessenger can convert the email body into an image or PDF and send it to Telegram. This preserves the original formatting of the email content.

Simply select the “Convert Email Body to” option as PDF or PNG Image when configuring the email forwarding rule.
