To ensure the accuracy of the email content, SQLMessenger allows you to review the emails generated by the task before sending them.
You can select the option "Emails generated by this task must be reviewed by me before sending" in the task configuration. This way, after the task is executed, the system will place the emails generated by the task into a review queue. The emails will only be sent once the review has passed.

You can click the "Message Review" icon in the MainMenu to open the Messager Review list.

The system displays the task instances that require review in this list. You can click on the "Task Name" column to open the review dialog box for the corresponding task instance.

This task instance was rejected during the review. The emails generated by the task instance will be deleted by the system and will not be sent, nor can they be manually forwarded. |
Message Review dialog
In this dialog, you can click the 
icon to view the content of the email. After confirming the content is correct, select the items you wish to review in the list, and then click the "Review Selected" button to review the selected items. Alternatively, you can directly click the "Review All" button to review all emails generated by this task instance.

In this dialog box, you can select your review result and fill in the 'Review Comments' (optional). Then click OK to save.
After the review result is saved, the system will process the emails based on your review.
If the review result is "Review Passed" and the "Do not send emails and messages generated by this task instance" option of the task instance was not selected, the system will add these emails to the sending queue for delivery.
If the review result is "Review Rejected", these emails will be deleted by the system and will not be sent, nor can they be manually forwarded.
